PDMS-b-PPO共聚物的合成及优先透醇性能研究

    Synthesis of PDMS-b-PPO Copolymers and Pervaporation Performance in Ethanol/Water Mixtures

    • 摘要: 利用PDMS和PPO端基羟氨缩合反应制备得到可应用于渗透汽化膜材料的嵌段共聚物,并将其应用于乙醇/水二元混合体系的分离.实验采用氨丙基封端的PDMS和羟基封端的PPO在120℃、稀H2SO4存在的条件下冷凝回流反应10 h以上,得到含有“软-硬”嵌段的白色粉末状共聚物,利用核磁共振仪表征了产物的组成,并根据结果预测嵌段共聚物的构型为AB和ABA型.通过溶剂挥发法制备成均质膜,渗透汽化实验表明,PDMS-b-PPO共聚物膜具有优先透醇的性能,相比于PDMS膜,分离性能和成膜性能均有提高.

       

      Abstract: PDMS-b-PPO copolymers are synthesized by hydroxyl-amine condensation reaction,and applied in the separation of ethanol/water binary mixture by pervaporation.The reaction between aminopropyl-terminated PDMS and hydroxyl-terminated PPO are conducted for more than 10 h with the existence of dilute H2SO4 at 120 ℃.White powder-like block copolymers are obtained,and the structures are characterized by 1H-NMR.Results show that the configurations of product are predicted to be AB and ABA types.Through solvent evaporation,the homogenous membranes are prepared,and results show that the membranes are ethanol perm-selective,compared with PDMS membranes,the separation performance and mechanical properties are improved.
