基于齿面发生线的弧齿锥齿轮切齿运动分析

    Cutting Movement Analysis of Spiral Bevel Gear Based on the Tooth Generating Line

    • 摘要: 为了展成切削出无理论误差的球面渐开线齿形的弧齿锥齿轮齿面,采用以齿面理论发生线作为刀刃的切削方法.分析了此方法所需要的运动及运动的实现方法.结果表明:采用此种方法切齿时,机床运动与结构简单,刀具简单,仅需1次工件装卡即可完成弧齿锥齿轮凸面、凹面的粗加工和精加工;大齿轮和小齿轮、左旋齿轮和右旋齿轮均可以用同一机床、同一刀盘完成切削,且容易调整齿面接触区.

       

      Abstract: In order to cut the tooth surface of spiral bevel gear with spherical involute tooth profile which has no theoretical errors,we take the tooth surface generating line as the cutting edge.This method is base on the theory that the trace of circular arc on the tangent plane can form the conical involute hilicoid when the basic cone of spiral bevel gear rolling on its tangent plane.The movements that this kind of generating cutting method needs have been analyzed,and the method to realize the movements have been elaborated.The results indicated that the movements and the structure of the machine tool,and the cutting tool are very simple by using this cutting method.Moreover it can complete roughing and finishing of the convex and concave surfaces of the spiral bevel gear by one chucking.Cutting of the bull wheel and the pinion,including the left-handed and right-handed gears can be completed by the identical machine tool and the same cutting disc.More important aspect is that the contacting zone of two engaging spiral bevel gears is very easy to adjust.
