摘要: 提出了一种基于椭圆数学方程的用于椭圆线轮廓度误差评定的数据处理方法.该方法采用外包容和内包容,建立了椭圆线轮廓度评定的模型,实现了最大实体条件下最小外接椭圆和最大内接椭圆的误差评定.根据椭圆的数学方程,提出了数据迭代的原则和迭代终止的条件.实例验证了该方法的正确性和可行性.Abstract: A data processing method of ellipse profile is presented based on the mathematical equation of ellipse.The outer envelope and inter envelope is applied to construct the model of the ellipse profile error for evaluating the minimum circumscribed ellipse and maximum inscribed ellipse under the maximum material condition.The principle for the iteration of data and the condition of termination are proposed based on mathematical equation.The validated result shows that the proposed method offers an effective way to identify the critical data points and provides an efficient approach to solve the problem of evaluation of ellipse profile.
