摘要: 从疗效和毒副作用等方面对新-代抗癌铂络合物的临床研究结果进行了简要的综述.新-代抗癌铂络合物主要是:奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin),诺贝铂(lobaplatin),欧玛铂(ormaplatin), 254-S, TRK710和DWA2114R.综合各项研究成果,作者认为奥沙利铂(Oxaliplatin)与顺铂和碳铂相比具有不同的抗癌谱和非交叉抗性等特殊抗癌效果,很有可能成为新一代抗癌药.

Abstract: The clinical results of new anticancer platinum complexes-Oxaliplatin Lobaplatin, Ormaplatin, 254-S, TRK710 and DWA 2114R are reviewed on their activity and toxicity in this paper. It is suggested that Oxaliplatin is a promising anticancer drugs for its panticular effectiveness toward anticancer, compared with Cis-platin and Carboplatin.
