双导程直线接触偏置蜗杆传动Ⅰ——原理分析

摘要: 为了简化传统锥蜗杆传动的设计与制造,提出了一种新型偏置蜗杆传动方式.蜗轮蜗杆传动的啮入和啮出分别是基于具有渐开线齿形、齿面瞬时接触状态为直线接触的外啮合和内啮合空间相错轴螺旋齿轮传动的原理,论证了实现正确啮合传动的条件、原理及实现方法,进行了双导程直线接触偏置蜗杆的运动仿真.结果表明:除了具有其他蜗杆传动的优点之外,这种偏置蜗杆副构形及传动原理简单,因而具有设计、制造简单的显著特点;且由于齿面瞬时接触状态为直线接触,所以具有更大的承载能力.Abstract: To simplify the designing and manufacturing of the double lead spiroid worm-gear drive,a new concept and way of a double lead spiroid worm-gear drive are proposed.For the new spiroid worm-gear drive,transmission principle and the correct meshing transmission conditions are demonstrated in detail.A calculation example that illustrates the developed theory is provided and simulation of meshing by a computer program based on the CATIA is developed to determine the transmission principle.It's very simple for the engagement principle of the new type gearing.So that designing and manufacturing the gear pair also are easy, compared with designing and manufacturing the conventional spiroid worm gearing.And there is larger load bearing capacity with the beeline contact of the flanks.
