主轴组件振动模态的分析

    Study on the Dynamic Behaviour of the Spindle System

    • 摘要: 对机床主轴组件的振动模态进行了详细研究,特别是轴承刚度对主轴组件的固有频率、动柔度和阻尼比的影响问题,通过有限元计算和实验模态分析两方面的比较,证明两者能很好地吻合,所述的主轴组件的振动模态的特点具有普遍性。

       

      Abstract: Study on the modes in the spindle system of the machnie tool was carried out, and espcially the relations between the rigidity of their beargings, the natural frequency and the dynamic the compliance were discussed. The comparision between the calculation of the finite element method and the model domain measurements of the spindle system shows that both of these are coincidence, and their features have universality.
