The Design and Adjustment of A Q-Switching Electro-Optic Modulator Used for Producing Short Laser Pulses

摘要: 设计和装调了用国产三电极冷阴极触发管作开关元件的电光调Q高压控制电路,将其用于Q开关Nd³⁺:YAG激光器中,获得了脉冲宽度为20ns的激光短脉冲。

Abstract: A high-voltage control circuit of electro-optic Q-switching modulator is design and equipped with a local made 3-electrodes cryotron as swit-ching device. Stable short laser pulses of 20 ns width are obtained when it is used in eletro-optic Nd³⁺:YAG Lasers.
