泡沫沥青冷再生混合料在道路大修工程中的应用研究

摘要: 为了确定泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的适应交通等级及合理的层位结构, 对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能进行试验研究, 认为泡沫沥青冷再生混合料可应用于各级道路的基层.根据我国现行规范及国内典型案例, 拟定出高、低等级下沥青道路合理路面结构厚度组合, 并利用ANSYS软件进行建模模拟, 计算出不同厚度组合下的路表弯沉及基层层底拉应力.并通过数值分析得出各层厚度及旧路面模量对于泡沫沥青冷再生路面性能的影响, 得出旧路面强度对大修沥青路面使用性能有重要影响的结论.通过反算累计标准轴载作用次数, 并对比我国交通等级的规定, 提出泡沫沥青冷再生混合料应用于道路大修工程中合理的路面结构组合.Abstract: In order to determine the appropriate traffic grade and the reasonable layered structure for foam asphalt cold recycled mixture, the authors conducted experiment research for the road performance of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture. And it is showed that foam asphalt cold recycled mixture can be used in the base of all kinds of grade roads. According to the current standards used and typical cases in our country, the authors drafted reasonable pavement structure thickness combinations of different traffic grade asphalt pavements and used ANSYS to establish a model for simulating. The surface deflection and tensile stress of foundation base of different thickness combinations were calculated. Then, according to figure analysis, it is showed that the modulus of old pavement and thickness of each layer could have an influence on the performance of foam asphalt cold recycled pavement. And it is showed that modulus of old pavement is an important factor impacting the performance of complexly repaired asphalt pavement.By inversely calculating the number of accumulative standard axle loads and comparing with the traffic grade standards of our country, the reasonable pavement structure combination was proposed for foam asphalt cold recycled mixture used in complex road repair project.
