Abstract:
In order to implement the Internal stretch forming space lattice structure (ISFSL) into practice, structure composing of ISFSL is fully presented. Taking practically tensioning methods into consideration, a study of parameter effect on the load process is carried out as far as an ISFSL with a span of 100 metres long is concerned by the theoretical simulating and graph analysis, which is based on the result of the ISFSL forming study with a span of 100 metres long. The parameters include width and height of the upper chord beam cross section, shape and area of the upper chord ring beam. The structural properties of the load process affected by the parameters are also provided, which show that width and height of the upper chord beam cross section is the most important factor which affects the load process.
