Abstract: The certification/registration of ISO9000 based quality management system is developing continually all over the world. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the quality management system has caused experts and scholars' interests. This essay establishes model for evaluating the effectiveness of the quality management system by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and gray relative degree analysis of gray system theory.
