模具表面的激光非熔凝加工的应用研究综述

    On the Application Research of the Non-melted & Curdled Laser Processing of Die Set Surface

    • 摘要: 介绍了模具表面激光非熔凝加工的特点及其研究发展现状,激光相变硬化过程中的温度场研究和硬化后残余应力场的研究状况,分析了激光固态相变硬化机理,以及激光表面非熔凝加工在模具上的应用情况,指出了进一步研究的方向.

       

      Abstract: The author introduces the characters of non-melted & curdled laser surface processing and its developing status quo, as well as the temperature distribution during the coarse of laser phase change hardening and the residual stress-strain distribution after hardening. The mechanism of hardening is also analyzed and discussed.
