半刚接钢框架内填RC墙结构抗剪连接件受力性能分析

    Behavior of Shear Connectors of Partially-restrained Steel Frame with RC Infill Walls

    • 摘要: 结合3榀1/3缩尺、2层、单跨半刚接钢框架内填钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构(partially-restrained steel frame with reinforced concrete infill walls,PSRCW)在低周反复荷载作用下的试验研究,对PSRCW试件中3种不同形式的抗剪连接件的滞回性能、变形特征及破坏模式进行了分析.结果表明:滞回曲线呈反S型,具有明显的滑移特征.3种抗剪连接件最终破坏模式均为根部混凝土的压碎破坏.槽钢连接件界面滑移最小,刚度最大;抗剪栓钉界面滑移最大,刚度最小;U型弯筋居中.PSRCW结构中抗剪连接件呈拉剪复合受力,角部连接件尤为明显.根据PSRCW结构中抗剪连接件的受力特征提出了连接件的设计方法.

       

      Abstract: Based on the experimental investigation of three one-bay,two-story partially-restrained steel frame with reinforced concrete infill walls (PSRCW) at 1/3 scale under low reversed cyclic loading,the hysteretic behavior,deformation character,and failure mode of different type of shear connectors in PSRCW are analyzed.The results show that hysteretic curves of shear connectors display an invert "S" shape,and exhibit obvious slipping character.The failure modes of three types of shear connectors are concrete crush on the basis of shear connectors.Channel shear connector possesses the highest shear stiffness,and the smallest interface slip.Headed stud has the lowest shear stiffness,and U shape deformed steel bar has moderate shear stiffness.The shear connectors in PSRCW sustained combined shear and tension,especially lied in the corner region of infill walls.According to mechanism character of shear connector in PSRCW,rational design method is proposed.
