Abstract:
Pink 3B dye waste water is characterized by its complicated components of high COD
Cr and colority, therefore, it is very diffcult to treat. A feasibility study has been conducted by way of experiments and comparisons. It shows a satisfactory result can be obtained through the use of the "waste treated by waste" method. This method uses lye change (or wastewater exhausted in the process of printing and dyeing) to elevate the pH value and then uses he process of coagulation, precipitation and reflux of discharged water to treat the waste. The experimental data, the technological conditions and treatment process are introduced in this paper.
