    A Neuro-Fuzzy Computing Model: Configuration, Algorithm and Functions

    • 摘要: 提出了一种模糊神经计算模型,其模糊神经计算过程显式地反映了模糊逻辑运算中的问题模糊描述、模糊推理、模糊结论解析3个步骤.为模糊神经计算模型设计了一种自组织学习算法,对自组织学习算法的收敛性进行了理论分析和证明.同时,对模糊神经计算模型的自组织模糊聚类功能进行了分析和研究,并将该模型应用于经典的"蝴蝶"聚类问题,取得了有价值的研究结果.

       

      Abstract: Proposes a neuro-fuzzy computing model which performs fuzzy logic operation with the classical three processes, 1) fuzzy description, 2) fuzzy inference, and 3) fuzzy conclusion resolution. The author programs an organizing algorithm whose convergence is analyzed and demonstrated theoretically. The fuzzy clustering function of the model is examined in thid paper. The model is applied to the classical clustering problem of the butterfly, and the computing results show that the neuro-fuzzy computing model is valuable.
