摘要: 应用北京市密云县某铁尾矿成功地研制了CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,采用 DTA、SEM、XRD等测试技术手段对该玻璃体系进行了深入的研究,探讨了微晶玻璃的晶核剂、热处理制度对晶化行为的影响。并采用烧结法生产工艺,制备了具有高机械性能的黑色微晶玻璃板材,可以成为天然石材的有效替代品。本研究为铁矿尾矿提供了一条较佳的利用途径,同时又可以有效地解决尾矿的环境污染及占地问题.Abstract: The authors developed nucleated glass of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system by using the iron tailings of Beijing Miyun Mine as raw materials. With the help of such test ways as DTA, SEM, XRD, further research was done on this glass system to explore the effect of nucleation agents and heat treatment system on crystallization. Agglomeration technique was used and black nucleated glass sheet material with high mechanical performance was prepared. This material can substitute the natural stone effectively. So this study can not only provide a new use of iron tailings but also sove the problem of environment pollution and the waste of soil arisen from tailings.
