摘要: 研究了防止膜性能恶化的方法.研究表明,用溶胶—凝胶法,以TEOS-H3BO3溶胶体系制备复合玻璃膜时,为提高膜性能可采用下列方法:在制备溶胶时加入合适的DCCA,并用乙二醇和H3BO3螯合产生H+作为醇盐水解催化剂以抑制膜面龟裂现象;用甲基硅油的四氢呋喃溶液对基体进行疏水处理,可减轻基体堵孔现象.Abstract: When the composite glass membrane is produced via a sol-gel process, the sol system of TEOS-H3BO3 is applied. It is found that through appropriate drying control of the chemical additive (DCCA), the cracks accompanying with preparation of the membranes in point can be inhibited. And the blocking extent of the substrate can be efficiently reduced by hydrophobic treatment as well.
