The Round-trip Feedthrough Effects in Raman Spectra of Uniaxial Crystals

摘要: 对单轴晶体中的转馈现象作了较为深入的探讨,提出了在如Z(YX);Z(YY)等背散射几何配置中,由于寻常光和非寻常光的干涉,在它们之间存在有反复转馈效应,并以此为基础,通过理论计算,定性和半定量的解释了反复转馈将导致喇曼光谱中出现违反群论选择定律的某些谱带。计算结果与LiNbO3和LiTaO3的喇曼光谱实验结果相吻合。Abstract: Owing to the interference of ordinary and extraordinary rays, the feedthrough effects to and fro between these rays in backscatettering geometry, such as Z(YX)Z, Z(YY)Z etc, are existent. These feedthrough effects will lead to the happening of roundtrip feedthrough and some scattering bands, which apparently violate the group theory selection rules. Calculations based on S. Porto's theory coincide with the experimental results in Raiman spectra of LiNbO3 and LitaO3.
