驻波声光调制器声场驻波比的测定

    The Measurement of Standing Wave Radio in Ultrasonic Field of Stationary Acoustaoptical Modulator

    • 摘要: 根据对驻波调制器衍射光的频谱分析,提出一种测定介质中声场驻波比的方法,并用此方法测定了一个30MC驻波凋制器的声场驻波北,测定值为1.15,相对误差小于2%。

       

      Abstract: Analysing the spectrum of diffracted lights produced by a stationary acoustaoptical modulator, we propose a method of the measurement of standing wave ratio (SWR) in ultrasonic field of the device. Using this method, we measured SWR of a stationary device with 30MC as 1.15. The error is less than 2% in the experiment.
