摘要: 为优化拥挤收费政策, 以道路拥挤程度作为决策变量, 设计了拥挤收费定价函数, 分别建立了有、无拥挤收费措施下的出行方式选择博弈模型.证明了拥挤收费实施的必要性, 发现当拥挤收费定价水平实时变化时, 系统边际收益随公交返还比例的增加将呈现倒“U”型, 即存在效率最高的公交返还比例.Abstract: To optimize congestion pricing policy, congestion pricing function was established by using congestion level as the decision variable.Then, game models of traffic mode choice were built with and without congestion pricing policy respectively.The model analysis shows that it is necessary to implement congestion pricing policy.It is concluded that when congestion pricing rate is real-time changed, marginal revenue will present inverted “U”type with bus return ratio increasing, and optimal bus return ratio is existed.
