钢结构CAE的简洁可视化后处理

    Post-processing With Concise Visualization of CAE of Steel Structure

    • 摘要: 为了提高锅炉钢结构计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件Staad-Pro后处理的效率和准确性,编制了自动化的可视化后处理应用软件.利用C语言对钢结构CAE的数值计算结果进行了分析处理.利用数据结构理论和数据库技术对庞杂的数据信息进行识别,提取了可视化所需数据.利用VC++和AutoCAD二次开发工具ARX,对钢结构CAE数据处理结果进行了图形可视化处理,生成了更加科学、简洁的DWG图形,直观地显示出钢结构中各个杆件的结构和荷载的空间分布,简化了钢结构CAE后处理可视化的复杂工作,提高了钢结构CAE的可视化效率.

       

      Abstract: There are many problems of data processing and visualization in the post-processing of Staad-Pro (a kind of commercial software for CAE of steel structure of boiler). In order to improve the efficiency and veracity of post-processing of CAE, a kind of application software for automatic post-processing and visualization is developed. The numerical results of CAE of steel structure are analyzed and processed in C language. The miscellaneous data is recognized with the data structure theory and database techniques and the needed data for visualization is obtained. The visualized post-processing of CAE of steel structure is carried out in VC+ + and the secondary development tool ARX of AutoCAD,and many more scientific and laconic DWG graphics are generated. The spatial distributions of physical parameters of steel structure can be depicted intuitively. Thus the complex visualization of post-processing of CAE of steel structure is greatly simplified, and the efficiency of visualization is improved.
