Abstract: This paper puts forward a resolution scheme of Web-based operating system CAI software and gives the details of implementing the system, especially the application of multiplexing technique of components and software and the implement of multipoint transmission and electronic whiteboard have made the system possess of new peculiarities of Web-based CAL software.
