多级等幅疲劳加载下RPC的损伤累积及剩余寿命预测

摘要: 为了进行活性粉末混凝土(reactive powder concrete,RPC)结构的疲劳寿命分析,对轴向循环压缩荷载作用下RPC的损伤累积行为进行了试验,利用残余塑性应变定义了RPC的疲劳损伤,给出了损伤演化方程.基于等效损伤准则,导出了反映RPC非线性损伤累积的力学模型,利用模型进行了RPC的剩余疲劳寿命预测.结果表明,理论损伤累积模型能较好地预测RPC的剩余疲劳寿命.Abstract: In order to analyze the fatigue life of reactive powder concrete(RPC) structure,the axial compression fatigue tests of RPC specimens are carried ou,and behaviors of damage accumulation of RPC are studied.The damage variable is defined through describing evolution of residual strain and the damage evolution equation is obtained.Based on equivalent damage criteria,a nonlinear cumulative damage model was established.Finally,the residual fatigue lives of RPC specimens are predicted by using the damage model.The comparison of test residual fatigue life and predictive residual life indicate that the nonlinear cumulative damage model is reliable.
