网架结构耐火性能分析

    Fire Performance of Space Grid Structures

    • 摘要: 为了解火灾下网架结构的力学性能, 建立了考虑热传导的网架结构耐火性能分析的热力耦合模型, 并对典型网架结构的耐火性能进行了分析, 研究了火灾场景对网架耐火性能的影响规律、火灾下网架结构的变形和受力机理、应力应变的分布和变化规律.研究表明:火灾场景对网架结构变形方式有明显的影响, 受火后期中部火灾场景网架中出现了明显的拉力膜效应, 网架结构耐火极限状态应以变形为准.

       

      Abstract: In order to find out the mechanical behavior of space grid structures in fire, the heat transfermechanics coupling finite element model for the fire performance of space grid structures in fire was proposed in this paper, and the influence of the fire scenario on the fire performance, the deformation mode, the mechanical principle and the stress and strain redistribution of the grid structures were also studied.The results show that the scenario has obvious influence on the deformation of the space grid structures, and the evident tensile membrane action occurs in the later of the fire in the central scenario, and the ultimate state of space grid structures should be based on its deformation limit.
