不同取代联苯的细胞毒性及与单壁碳纳米管的协同细胞毒性

    Cytotoxicity of Different Substituted Biphenyls and Their Synergy Toxicity Combined With Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes

    • 摘要: 用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT比色法)考察了联苯、2-溴代联苯、2-联苯基羧酸和2-氨基联苯等4种不同取代联苯化合物的细胞毒性及其分别与单壁碳纳米管结合的协同毒性.实验结果表明,这4种化合物本身的细胞毒性由大到小依次是2-氨基联苯、2-溴代联苯、联苯、2-联苯基羧酸,并且与时间和浓度呈依赖关系.协同毒性实验中发现,4种化合物分别与无毒的单壁碳纳米管(single-walled carbon nanotubes,SWNTs)联合后,细胞毒性均增强2~3倍,说明联苯类化合物与单壁碳纳米管结合具有协同毒性效应.

       

      Abstract: The cytotoxicities of biphenyl,2-bromine biphenyl,biphenyl-2-carboxylic acid and 2-amino biphenyl,and the synergy toxicities of the four different substituted biphenyl compounds with single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) were investigated with MTT.Resultsshow that the cytotoxicities of the four compounds were different and dependent on time and concentrartion.The cytotoxicity in decresing order are 2-aminobiphenyl,2-bromine biphenyl,biphenyl,and biphenyl-2-carboxylic acid.In the synergy toxicity experiments,the cytotoxicity was enhanced for 2-3 times when the biphenyl compounds combined with SWNTs,indicting that biphenyl compounds combined with SWNTs resulted in their synergy toxicity.
