异型塑钢粗合成纤维混凝土在道桥工程中的应用

    Applications of Shaped Synthetic Macro-fiber Reinforced Concrete in Road and Bridge Engineering

    • 摘要: 介绍了粗合成纤维的种类及各自特点,在试验的基础上,着重阐明了异型塑钢粗合成纤维混凝土的抗拉强度、弯曲韧性、抗弯冲击、抗疲劳、轴向拉伸、抗断裂及抗腐蚀等力学性能与耐久性,论述了用于道桥施工的技术问题,并对未来的应用前景做了展望.

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces different types and properties of synthetic macro-fiber.Based on experimental research,the mechanical properties and endurance of shaped synthetic macro-fiber reinforced concrete presented with emphasis.The mechanical properties and endurance include the flexural strength,flexural toughness, flexural impact resistance,fatigue resistance,uniaxial tensile strength,fracture performance,erosion resistance and so on.Moreover,when synthetic macro-fibers are applied to road and bridge engineering,technological problems in design,in confection,and in construction,and application prospects are also proposed herein.
