Study on the Control of Common Rail Fuel Pressure of Electronically Controlled Pressure Accumulation Fuel Injection System for Diesel Engines

  • 摘要: 为了对柴油机电控蓄压式喷油系统的共轨燃油压力进行准确、实时的控制,满足喷油量和喷油压力柔性控制的需要,采用电液比例溢流阀作为共轨燃油压力调节器,从而实现对共轨燃油压力电子控制;基于MC68HC11系列单片机,设计并应用了共轨燃油压力模糊PID控制器,从而实现对共轨燃油压力的闭环控制.试验结果表明:采用电液比例溢流阀和模糊PID控制器后,可使共轨燃油压力的实际值更接近于理想值,并且减小了共轨燃油压力的波动量.
    Abstract: In order to meet the demands of flexible control of fuel injection quantity and fuel injection pressure for electronically controlled pressure accumulation fuel injection system of diesel engines, it is necessary to control the common rail fuel pressure accurately and on real time. Here the electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve was used as the the regulator of the common rail fuel pressure so as to control the common rail fuel pressure electronically. On the basis of the MC68HC11 single-chip microprocessor, the fuzzy PID controller of the common rail fuel pressure was developed and applied to controlling the fuel pressure in the common rail so that the close-loop control of the fuel pressure in the common rail was achieved . The test results show that the real value of the fuel pressure is closer to the ideal value, and the fuel pressure fluctuation is effectively reduced.
