LiNbO3晶体的光折变研究

    On Photo-Induced Refractive Index Charge of LiNbO3

    • 摘要: 首次观察到了532 nm强激光束在LiNbO3,LiNbO3:Li,LiNbO3:Li.Zn,LiNbO3:Mg 4种晶体中异常衍射花样,测量了LiNbO3晶体的透过曲线和吸收曲线,另外,当强激光束的波长为694 nm时异常衍射花样将消失,根据上述实验提出了LiNbO3光折变的机理。

       

      Abstract: The anomalous diffraction patterns of 532 nm strong laser beam in LiNbO3: Li; LiNbO3: Li, Zn; LiNbO3: Mg; LiNbO3 single crystal are observed for the first time. The transmission curve and absorption curve of LiNbO3 are measured. In addition, the anomalous diffraction patterns will not appear when the wave length of the strong laser beam is 694 nm. For the above experiment we propose an analysis of the mechanism of photo-induced fractive index charge of LiNbO3.
