心血管系统在心衰阶段的生理模拟

    Simulation of Cardiovascular System at Heart Failure Stage

    • 摘要: 心衰患者的心血管系统发生了结构或机理上的变化, 为了研究心衰阶段心血管系统血流动力学参数之间的关系, 建立了一个由左心室、左心房、右心室、右心房、体循环系统、肺循环系统组成的心血管系统集中参数模型.模型中用右房压表征心脏的回心血量, 即前负荷;用外周阻力、血液惯性和血管顺应性等表征心脏后负荷;通过时变弹性函数反映心肌收缩力.本文建立心血管系统三元件集中参数模型, 并提出了基于临床数据的心肌收缩力的计算方法.运用此方法计算心衰患者心肌收缩力, 并带入模型进行仿真.仿真结果表明, 此模型可模拟心衰血流动力学变化, 为心衰治疗提供理论支持.

       

      Abstract: The structure and mechanism of cardiovascular system of heart failure patients have changed. In order to research the relationship of the hemodynamic parameters under the heart failure, a lumped parameter model of the cardiovascular system of HF is established. It includes the left ventricle, left atria, right ventricle, right atria, arterial of the systemic circulation, venous of the systemic circulation and the pulmonary circulation. The right atria pressure represents the preload of the heart. The resistance, compliance and inertance are used to represent the afterload. The time-varying function is used to represent the myocardial constringency. To verify the validity of the model, computer simulations are conducted and a method of calculating myocardial contractility is proposed.Resultsare compared with the data derived from literatures. The comparative results indicate that this model can simulate the hemodynamic changes of heart failure accurately, which can provide the reference for treatment of Heart failure.
