Study on the High Temperature Mechanical Properties of SiCp/ZA22 Composites

摘要: 采用半固态挤压铸造工艺制备了SiCp/ZA22复合材料,并测定了其高温条件下的抗拉强度、弹性模量及冲击韧性,同时,分析了复合材料高温性能提高的影响因素,并提出了优化的碳化硅颗粒尺寸和加入量.Abstract: Silicon carbide particulate reinforced composites with ZA22 alloy matrix were fabricated by semisolid metal mixing adding squeeze method. Their high temperature mechanical properties were studied by comparing with that of ZA22 alloy, and the influence factors to improve the properties were analysed. Besides, an optimum size and volume of SiC particle in the composites were put forward.
