Abstract: In this paper we discuss the constrast radio of two-photon fluorescence (TPF) theoretically and experimentally. We prove the discriminating action of the constrast radio of TPF to the quality of mode-locked output. The experimental resuls show that we must select proper-solvent, optimum pump intensity, optimum dye density und right exposure und develop time for discriminating the quality of mode-locked output.
