Abstract: This paper is the continuation of the paper titled foundations of cuboidal matrix theory (Ⅰ)-addition, multiplications, scalar product, transpose of matrix and unity matrix, discussing identity melrix and inverse matrix, treating the corresponding contents in planar matrix theory as is specical csaes.
