城市污泥中邻苯二甲酸酯的好氧降解研究
Study on Aerobic Biodegradability of Phthalic Acid Esters in Sewage Sludges

摘要: 为评价邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)环境激素在环境中的滞留情况,预测其生物降解性,妥善解决城市污泥的处理处置问题,对城市污泥中6种PAEs的好氧生物降解规律进行了研究,并建立了PAEs好氧生物降解性与化学结构的定量关系模型(QSBR).结果表明,PAEs的好氧降解过程可用一级动力学模型描述,其好氧生物降解性随烷基链含碳数的增加而降低,以分子连接性指数描述的空间结构参数是影响受试物好氧生物降解性能的重要因素.Abstract: To assess the condition of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) held up in the environment,and predict its biodegradability and provide basic data for sludge treatment and disposal,the aerobic biodegradation characteristics of six PAEs in the sewage sludge was investigated,and a model of the quantitative relationship between aerobic biodegradability and chemical structure(QSBR) was established.The results show that the degradation of six PAEs in the sludge conforms to the first-order reaction kinetic equations.Their biodegradability decreases with the increase of the carbon numbers of alkyl chains,and the steric factor represented by molecular connection indexes is an important parameter affecting the aerobic biodegradability of the tested PAEs in the sludge.
