坐标测量机无线操纵盒设计

    Design of Wireless Handheld Control Box for Coordinate Measuring Machine

    • 摘要: 为使测量操作方便快捷,提出一种基于ARM和蓝牙的坐标测量机无线操纵盒的设计方案.设计了基于嵌入式Windows CE操作系统的触摸屏按键模块、操纵杆及速度控制模块,结合蓝牙模块共同实现了控制命令及测量数据的无线传输.操纵盒具有测量数据显示功能,可以实时显示测点坐标、测点数量及测量特征信息.操纵盒能够准确传输控制命令及测量信息,无数据丢失现象.该操纵盒已应用于基于免形状测量原理的复杂形状测量仪.

       

      Abstract: To make measuring operation convenient,a wireless handheld control box for coordinate measuring machine based on ARM and bluetooth was introduced. The touch-screen buttons module based on a embedded WinCE operating system and the joystick and speed control module were developed,combined with the bluetooth module to achieve wireless transmission of control command and measurement data. It can real-time display the measuring point coordinates,number of the measuring points and the characteristic information. It can accurately transmit control command and measurement information,and no data loss. It has applied to the measuring machine for complex geometry based on form-free measurement mode.
