荧光探伤系统图象采集与处理

    Fluorescent Image Acquisition and Processing in Microcomputer Flaw-Detecting System

    • 摘要: 开发研制了钢制轴类零件的荧光磁粉探伤系统.改系统的特点是:可采集到信噪比很高的荧光数字图象,只需计算每-个象素点的灰度梯度就能快速完成自适应动态阈值图象分割,并利用数学形态学的膨胀运算、基于联结数的收缩运算和颗粒筛选运算对二值图象进行有效的处理。经验证,得到了有实用意义的结果.

       

      Abstract: The automatic system developed by us is discussed for the fluorescent magnetic inspection of some steely axle-like workpieces. The system has following advantages: The flourescent digital image that has the large signal-to-noise ratio could be sampled. Only if the grey-scale gradients for each image point are calculated, can the image segmemtation on a fast adaptive dynamic thresholding algorithm be achieved. The two-valued image is effectively processed by mathematical morphological expansion operation, the contraction operation based on the copulating number, and the filtration operation. And it is testified that the image acquisition and processing with this automatic system are practically useful.
