基于非线性状态空间投影的混沌序列消噪算法

    Research on Noise Reduction of Chaotic Time Series Using Non-linear State Space Projection

    • 摘要: 针对混沌信号和噪声在状态空间中吸引子的不同表现形式, 研究了一种基于非线性状态空间投影的混沌时间序列消噪算法.对仿真信号和实际测量信号都进行了实验, 得到了较好的噪声消除效果.其中仿真信号是受到50%高斯白噪声污染的Lorenz信号;实测信号是从孕妇腹部测得的一导联混合信号.模拟仿真和半实物仿真都体现了该算法在混沌信号消噪方面的应用价值.

       

      Abstract: For the difference of attractor between chaotic signal and noise in state space, We present a non-linear state space projection algorithm to reduce the noise of chaotic time series.Good results have been achieved on both mimic signals and practical measurement signal.The mimic signal is x-axial of Lorenz equation contaminated with 50% Gaussian white noise.The practical measurement signal is get from one single cutaneous potential recording of a pregnant mother carrying the fetus.The results indicate the effectiveness of the algorithm in reducing noise of chaotic time series.
