聚丙烯腈超滤膜的共混改性I.聚丙烯腈—聚氢乙烯共混

摘要: 分析和比较了由丙烯腈的二元共聚物(PAN)、聚氢乙烯(PVC)、丙烯腈—氢乙烯共聚物(AN-VC共聚物)及丙烯腈二元共聚物与聚氢乙烯共混物(PAN—PVC共混物)制成的超滤膜的分离性能和化学稳定性,发现PAN-PVC共混超滤膜的分离性能较优越,比PVC优越,不亚于PAN,AN-VC超滤膜,而且其膜性能的重现性较好,同时其抗酸、碱性和抗菌性都比PAN超滤膜有所提高,表明共混是一种聚合物改性的有效途径。Abstract: The ultrafiltration (UF) membrane performances and chemical stability using polyacryloitrile (acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate binary copolymer) (PAN), polyvinylchloride (PVC), acrylonitrile-vinyl chloride copolymer (AN-VC copolymer) and PAN-PVC co-mixed polymer were analyzed and compared. It was found that the PAN-PVC co-mixed UF AN-NC UF membrances, and its data reproduction is better. PAN-PVC co-mixed UF membrane has more excellent resistance to acid, alkali and microorganism than PAN. The results show that the co-mixed is also an effective method of polymer modification.
