摘要: 针对塑机温度控制过程的特点(大滞后、控制动作单向性),提出了一种辨识系统滞后时间及分段控制的模糊控制方法(升温段、转折段、恒温段).并设计出一种以MC68HC705C8为CPU的模糊温度控制器.

Abstract: In accordance with the characteristics of the temperature control process of plastics extruder, its long time lag and unidirectional control action, this paper proposes a method used for identifying time lag of the system and a Fuzzy Control Algorithm including predicative Fuzzy Control and on-line adjustable Fuzzy Control. Furthermore, a controller is devised using MC68HC705C8 as CPU.
