    The Ag Catalyst Micro Reactor Assessment System Based on Intelligent Control

    • 摘要: 为了提高环氧乙烷反应中反应物乙烯气体的利用率,需要用温度控制精度高和稳定性好的在线质谱仪来评价乙烯的选择性.提出采用PID和模糊控制复合的控温方法,同时进行实测和MATLAB仿真.结果表明,该方法提高了温度控制精度和乙烯气体的选择性,缩短了系统的响应时间和开发周期.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve utilization ratio C2H4 in the reaction of C2H4 O, mass spectrograph with high precision and stability of temperature control is required to analyze utilization ratio of C2H4, The paper presents that the fuzzy-PID combined method is adopted to control temperature of reactor. Actual test and Matlab simulation are used at the same time. The results show that the control method can improve control accuracy and utilization ratio of C2H4, and shorten the system response time and system design time.
