基于时间反转的管道导波小缺陷检测数值分析

    A Time Reversal Guided Wave Inspection Method for Small Defects in Pipes

    • 摘要: 为克服现有导波检测技术对管道小缺陷检测的不足,给出了一种基于时间反转理论的管道缺陷超声导波无损检测方法.通过对含有裂纹及孔型小缺陷的管道进行数值模拟,进一步说明了在管道导波检测时,时间反转的方法可以实现超声导波在时间-空间上的聚焦,令由于缺陷而产生的多个转换模态同时到达缺陷位置,使原本分散在各导波模态的检测能量汇聚于缺陷处,增强检测能量,提高对小缺陷的检出能力.

       

      Abstract: The finite element method is used to investigate the effect of a time reversal method on the guided wave inspection in pipes.Two steel pipe models with different kinds of defects are empLoyed to analyze the reflection coefficients of L(0,2) mode when the time reversal method is used.The numerical simulations show that the temporal-spatial focusing effect of the time reversal method can realize energy focusing on the defect. Therefore,the time reversal guided wave method is more favorable for the small defect inspection in pipes.
