骨微试件三点弯测试及裂纹内桥联的显微观察

    Three-point-bending Test of Mini Bone Samples and Observation of the Bridging Inside the Cracks

    • 摘要: 通过对不同方向取材的皮质骨微型骨试件在湿润和干燥2种环境中进行三点弯测试,获得其载荷-挠度曲线;同时通过显微光学录像观察了裂纹内纤维桥联的产生和断裂过程;并通过环境扫描电镜观察,发现哈佛氏骨板间开裂裂纹内纤维桥联分为相对弥散而众多的胶原原纤维束和相对粗大强韧但较少可数的致密骨板两种.通过骨微试件三点弯测试方法能对非均匀各向异性骨材料的生物力学特性进行精细分析.

       

      Abstract: To know the complicate character of bone material,which is anisotropic and non-homogeneous,three-point-bending tests were performed in wet and dry environments on mini bone samples which were cut in different directions,and load-flexibility curves were obtained.The bridging phenomena were recorded by optical microscopic digital video at the same time.And two types of fiber bridging in between the side wall of the crack were observed.One of which is directly made of Haversian lamellae in cortical bone,and the other type is of large number of fibrils of collagen,in different diameters of assembling scale.The method provided in this paper is very useful for analyzing the biomechanical characteristics of bone material in detail.
