Abstract: The geometric relations of the acoustooptic interaction of acousto-electro-crystal LiNbO₃ in XOZ plane is discussed, using a simple and easy calculating method. The results from this calculation is applicable for the design of LN acousto-electro-optic devices and LN high frequency acousto-optic devices.
