Abstract: In this article,PGC arithmetic at length was discussed and then the hardware system basing on PGC technology was designed.The system has been applied for a new pipeline leakage detection system based on Sagnac interferometer to demodulate interference signal phase.It is proved that the circuit can demodulate leakage signal effectively,and leaking point is located accurately.
