大塑性变形导致材料各向异性强化的研究

    A Study on Anisotropic Hardening of Materials Subjected to Large Plastic Deformation

    • 摘要: 为研究大塑性变形引起的材料各向异性强化效应,本文提出一种新的试验方法:“平面应变转轴压缩实验”。用此方法确定了黄铜混合模型的加载函数。结果表明,此方法具有足够的工程精度,可以用来更精确地处理塑性加工问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the anisotropic hardening effect in the materials subjected to large plastic deformation, a new testing method, named “plane strain compression test in different lorientations”,is presented in this paper. The loading function of mixed model for brass is determin-ated by this method. It is shown that this method is available with engineering accuracy and can be used to solve plastic forming problems more accurately.
