混凝-沉淀法预处理VAE乳液废水的效能

    Performance on Coagulation-sedimentation Pretreatment of VAE Emulsion Wastewater

    • 摘要: 采用混凝-沉淀法对VAE乳液废水进行预处理,比较了FeCl3和聚合硫酸铁(SPFS)混凝对浊度及COD指标的去除效果,重点考察了pH值变化对FeCl3混凝效果的影响以及不同助凝剂对FeCl3的助凝效能.结果表明,FeCl3对VAE乳液废水的混凝效果明显好于SPFS,其最佳混凝pH值为7~9;阳离子型PAM CZ4060对FeCl3有明显的助凝效果.

       

      Abstract: Coagulation-sedimentation process was used for VAE emulsion wastewater pretreatment.Turbidity and COD removal efficiency by FeCl3 and poly-ferric sulfate(SPFS) were compared.Influence of pH value on coagulation effect of FeCl3 and coagulation aid efficiency of different coagulant aids were investigated to achieve more effective pretreatment method of the VAE emulsion wastewater.Results indicate that coagulation effect of FeCl3 is better than that of SPFS.Optimum rang of pH value is 7-9.Coagulation aid effect of cationic PAM-CZ4060 to FeCl3 is obvious.
