FRP加固钢筋混凝土结构阻锈性能的研究

    Anticorrosion Performances of Reinforced Concrete Structure Retrofitted With FRP

    • 摘要: 研究了纤维增强聚合物(fiber reinforced polymer/plastic,FRP)加固锈蚀混凝土结构抗腐蚀特性,并与2种常用的阻锈材料(硅烷和Sika903)进行了比较.试验研究了FRP种类(碳纤维布(carbon fiber reinforced poly-mer/plastic,CFRP)、玄武岩纤维布(basalt fiber reinforced polymer/plastic,BFRP)和聚乙烯纤维布(polyethylene fiber reinforced polymer/plastic,PEFRP))、环氧树脂对阻锈性能的影响,试验研究表明:几种阻锈材料表现出不同的阻锈能力,CFRP、BFRP和PEFRP加固试件的理论锈蚀率(由实测的腐蚀电流确定)分别是标准试件(未保护试件)的13.9%、23.6%和17.2%;硅烷保护试件的理论锈蚀率与FRP系列差别不大,是标准试件的22.5%;Sika903阻锈蚀能力稍差,理论锈蚀率是标准试件的44.3%;单独使用环氧树脂可以取得良好的阻锈效果,理论锈蚀率是标准试件的20.7%.

       

      Abstract: Fiber reinforced polymer/plastic (FRP) being relatively watertight and airtight can resist corroding.This paper researches the resistance to corrosion of reinforced concrete structure retrofitted with FRP.The differences of anticorrosion performances between FRP and two common anticorrosion materials (silicon alkyl and Sika903) are compared.The influence on the anticorrosion performances of reinforced concrete structure retrofitted with different types of FRP and the epoxy is analyzed.Results show that the rust-resisting materials used in this test have different anticorrosion performances.The theoretical corrosion rates of specimens wrapped with CFRP,BFRP and PEFRP are 14%,23.6% and 17.2% of the control specimens.The theoretical corrosion rate of specimens protected by silicon alkyl is 22.5% of the control specimens,and there is little difference in theoretical corrosion rates between the specimens protected by silicon alkyl and the wrapped Frps.Anticorrosion performances of specimens protected by Sika903 is slightly inferior to that of other rust-resisting materials used in this test,and the theoretical corrosion rate is 44.3% of the control specimens.Specimens protected by epoxy alone also show excellent anticorrosion performance.The theoretical corrosion rate is 20.7% of the control specimens.
