Abstract: Adaptive fuzzy control for the multivariable system is developed, which makes use of a technique, named as adaptive fuzzy connexion, so as to evade the decoupling problem, which is one of the most difficult problems in traditional control. The method, developed by the authors, has been used for controlling a multivariable system with strong coupling, and the results achieved are quite satifactory.
