Abstract:
Expressions of miRNA in human mesenchymal stem cells derived from umbilical cord and bone marrow were detected by microarray. Results indicated that the expressions of a set of 26 miRNA were different in UMSCs and BMSCs.miR-29b,miR-20a,miR-31,miR-20b and miR-106a exhibited higher expressions in UMSCs,and fold changes were higher than 3.However,miR-138 demonstrated lower expression.Based on this study,6 miRNAs of particular interests were confirmed by real-time PCR,and the results coincidented with those of mircoarray.Target genes predictive were correlated with mRNA transcript, translation, and the functions of cell proliferation, division, and signal transduction.
