    The Principl and Design of Germanium Infrared Acousto-optrc Modulator

    • 摘要: 系统计算了Ge单晶中的红外声光互作用的模式,提出了一种红外声光调制器的设计方法,按此方法计并制作了中心频率fc=50MHz的Y36°LN/Ge111声光调制器。

       

      Abstract: The infrared acousto-oplic interaction modes in single crysta Germanium are calculated systema-tically. A new design procedure for infrared acousto-optic modulator is given. A Y 36° cut LN/Ge(111) acousto-optic modulator with the central frequency of 50 MHz in designed and manufactured, in this way.
