形位误差的最小二乘评定法及其电算

    The least squares evaluation method for form and position errors and the Calculation by computer

    • 摘要: 本文叙述了以最小二乘法评定形位误差的特点,提出了各有特点的两种"最小二乘"形位误差解算方法,即线性化逐次迭代法和优化方法(模式搜索法),所编制的电算程序经实测计算表明结果精确而快捷。本文还提出了一个新的评定指标:"最小二乘"均方误差,并对其作了初步的阐述和比较。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes the characteristics which evaluate the form and position errors by least squares method. It proposes two calculation methods about form and position errors of "the least squares method". That is linearization, successive iteration and method of optimization (mode search method). The programmings are shown that the calculation is accurate enough and the operation is fast. It also proposes and explains a new evaluating index-errors of "least squares" root-mean square.
