    Technology of High-powered Concrete on Construction

    • 摘要: 在正式施工生产前,根据图纸技术要求选用水泥、砂石级配、粒径、含泥量和外加剂等进行混凝土试配,确定出几种不同的配合比与配料的不同投放顺序,通过仔细比较来确定最优方案,根据现场实际情况对高性能混凝土最优配合比实施了动态调配.在施工中为保证施工质量,对每批进场混凝土进行严格检验.完善了泵送混凝土技术的施工工艺,在施工中对不同部位采用不同的浇筑及振捣模式,同时注重混凝土成品后期的养护及保护.该技术提高了工程技术含量,加快了施工进度,减少了对周围环境的影响,为业主提供了高质量的住宅建筑.

       

      Abstract: Before construction of the engineering project,concrete is tested and checked in accordance with the technical requirements for selection of cement,sand,crushed stone gradation,particle size,silt carrying capacity and admixture,etc. After the test and check,different mixture ratio is fixed and the order of ingredient investment is decided,and the optimized solution of concrete composition is obtained by comparisons. And the construction technique of pumped concrete has been perfected. The different manners of deposit and vibrating concrete have been applied in diverse structure parts in this paper. The technology improves the engineering quality,quickens the construction speed and reduces the pollution to the surrounding environment,and provides quality housing for inhabitants.
